Since it is both very nutritious and gluten-free, people with celiac disease or intolerance can consume it with peace of mind. It is a light but satisfying breakfast suggestion with both its taste and consistency.

The main ingredient is rice flour;

If we look at the benefits of rice flour;

1) Because it is gluten-free; It can be easily consumed by people with celiac disease, an autoimmune disease, or people with allergies and intolerances. It is also a very good option for individuals with digestive system or intestinal complaints.

2) With 9.2 grams of choline in 100 grams, it transfers triglycerides and cholesterol from the liver and protects the liver.

3)With the zinc in rice flour, which has a high mineral density, you also strengthen your immune system.

4) In addition, rice flour, which is used as a type of flour, is very effective for muscle development and gain, thanks to the protein it contains.

So let's move on to the recipe ...

Ingredients :

35 g rice flour

Enough almond milk to cover (your milk choice)

10 g protein powder**

Recipe :

Can there be such a practical and delicious recipe with only 3 ingredients?

-Means it can be...

  • Take the rice flour and enough milk to cover it in a small saucepan. If you want, you can use half and half milk and water to reduce the calories.

  • Start cooking on low-medium heat, stirring slowly. From a point on, you will see that the bottom has thickened with your spatula.

  • If the tops are starting to thicken, turn down the heat and add your protein powder.

  • If the consistency suddenly becomes too thick, you can also add water or milk at this point.

  • When you get the consistency you want, take it directly into the bowl you will serve.

And as in all recipes, we came to the most enjoyable part, the decoration part...

2 kinds you see in the photos. The first one is dried strawberry granola and nut butter as I made it with strawberry protein powder. The other is banana slices, granola with nuts, and peanut butter, as I use banana protein powder.

**NOTE: Protein powder; I used it for both satiety and sweetening properties. If you do not want to use it, you can use 1 tablespoon of honey / 1 teaspoon of agave / 1 teaspoon of molasses / 1 mashed banana instead. If you have it, you can add both antioxidant and coloring powders such as beet powder / açai / matcha.

Bon Appétit ...
