I was born in Istanbul in 1997. I completed my primary and middle school at IELEV Private School.
During middle school times, due to my love for strawberry chocolate, various canteen products and inactivity; an endocronologist with a dietitian entered my life. I remember saying my first "luckily" here. Because they encouraged me to swim, which I love very much and to get degrees, and tennis that I am licensed player.
Afterwords, I studied at Saint Benoit French Private High School.
From here, I took the first definite step towards my profession, which I was always sure of and wanted so much.
I enrolled in the department of Nutrition and Dietetics at Bahçeşehir University. While I was studying, I realized how I made the right choice when I said 'luckily' many times.
EXPERIENCES AND TRAININGS
After completing my first voluntary internship at Istanbul Florence Nightingale Hospital in the 2nd year in summer, I did a voluntary internship at Nisantasi Revita Clinic during the 3rd year because I wanted a clinical experience. In order to gain more case studies and experience, I gave nutrition education to breastfeeding mothers at Istanbul Florence Nightingale Hospital during my 3rd grade summer vacation. And also;
-Nutrition during pregnancy,
-I gained experience in pediatric intensive care.
-I also had corporate dietitian experience at Turkish Economy Bank (TEB).
I completed the first of my compulsory internships in the last year at Yesilkoy Acibadem Hospital and the other at Ulus Liv Hospital.
At Acıbadem Hospital, I worked mostly on nutrition protocol in chronic diseases, especially kidney diseases. Meanwhile, I made menu plans as a kitchen dietitian.
In Ulus Liv, I worked with polyclinic and liver patients. In addition to these, I carried out research on sports nutrition during this period.
As a result; of course, I wrote my graduation project on sports nutrition.
During the pandemic period; I received 1 year of Functional Nutrition and Culinary Training at MSA (Academy of Culinary Arts). In the meantime, while sharing informative content and recipes on Instagram, I started to provide online diet services.
Currently, I completed my Master's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Bahcesehir University in December 2024.
While I received my corporate life experience as a Brand Manager at BigChefs, Turkey's largest restaurant chain, I wrote and completed my master's thesis on this subject with my experience on Public Nutrition Systems.
